Refund and Returns Policy

At KM Tactical Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our gun parts and tactical accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality control reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed, modified, or altered in any way.
- Custom-built upper assemblies or customized slides.
- Clearance or final sale items.
3. The Return Process (RMA)
Before sending any item back, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA may be rejected or heavily delayed.
To request an RMA, please email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return at: clientservice@kmtacticalltd.com.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective part or an item damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at clientservice@kmtacticalltd.com with photos of the defect and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for defective manufacturing.
